360 Photos
Detailed Entry & Exit Reports with 360 Photos
Before a Tenant moves in, we will complete an Entry Condition Inspection with a carefully detailed report. This report now includes 360 photos so that nothing is missed!
Photos of the Property are available options at both the start and end of the tenancy.
At the end of the tenancy these documents help ensure your Property is in the same condition as at the start, fair wear & tear considered & that the Tenant’s bond is disbursed appropriately after a thorough Exit inspection.
Virtual Tours
A virtual tour is now also created & used at the time of marketing your property for rent. This allows prospective tenants to inspect the property virtually before attending the property to ensure the property meets their needs. This is great for people that are not able to make the inspection time or are relocating from an out of town area.
